Hours of Operation
The Center will be open every day from 7:00- 7:30 a.m. and from the close of school until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday on school days. It is open from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm on *Non School Days with the exception of the following holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, & Memorial Day.
Unscheduled closing - When District #54 is closed due to inclement weather, St. Peter School is also closed. (Listen to your TV or radio for school clos-ings). Child Care will also be closed. St. Peter Lu-theran Child Care will not be announced separately. If there is an unscheduled closing other than weather, the center will give parents as much ad-vanced notice in writing as possible.
Snacks
The Center will provide one nutritious snack each day. On non school days parents will provide lunch and drink for their children. Two snacks will be provided on non-school days.
Attendance
There is no minimum attendance for childcare.
Field Trips
Field Trips may be taken during all day Childcare. An additional fee may be required. Parents will have the option to sign their child up. If you do not want your child to go on the field trip, it is the parent’s responsibility to find other care for their child.
Cost
There is a flat fee of $2.25 for the morning from 7:00 am -7:30 am.
The rate of $4.35 per hour will apply and you will be charged for the exact time of use. There is not a multi-children family discount.
*Non School Days are: 5 hours or less: $29.00 (More than 5 hours: $39.00)
Registration

Families are given the choice of attending or not on Non-School days when child care is available. If your child will be attending on one of these days, you will be asked to sign up in advance If you sign up for care on a non-school day and your child does not attend that day, you will be charged a $25.00 per day-per child fee. If there is an insufficient number of students signed up for this option, you will be notified in advance that Child Care for that day will not be open.
